Paint combo for custom color? Help requested.

What colors, either in krylon or duracoat, would I have to mix to get a color that acts like the upper of a SCAR-16, and does this in various lighting:

See how the color of the upper has that nice coyote brown color (dark, unlike the common sand colored FDE), and at some angles it’s got that slight Olive Drab tone to it?

What would it take to make that color happen?

Anodizing.

Some of those differences you are seeing are white balance and color temp of the photos.

I’m not coloring metal, I’m coloring magpul rail covers, so anodizing is out.
