Settlor hereby provides consideration in the form of United States currency to the Trust and on behalf of the Trust for the Trust’s acquisition of the following N.F.A. Items upon approval by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives of the submitted documentation. Further, Settlor has assigned all right, title and interest, if any, of any kind, in these items to the Trust.

The pages are marked 1 of 16 /2 of 16/ and so on So I have to send it all in. I can edit the PDF on page 16 to read SBR and put all the info in. Or Do i just leave it blank? on pages 14 and 15 do i have to scan in my sign copys to replace those or is this good enough for a E-file form one? This was the Trust when it was first e-mailed me to ever.

You need to send in the signed & notarized pages.

The Schedule A (in most states) just can’t be blank. Trust has to be funded with something. I’ve gotten 9 stamps approved so far with a Schedule A that simply lists the $200 that was initially used to fund the trust. The updated copy stays at home.

I just rescanned my whole trust with all the signed and notarized pages. (Mine also has a place on the bottom-right corner of each page to initial it, so that’s why I redid the whole thing instead if substituting pages).

You’re other option (which I wouldn’t recommend just to make it easier on the examiner) is to upload the signed pages as a separate attachment, and title that file something very obvious so they don’t overlook it.
