AD (2004) P7M8 pistol with Sterling, VA markings. Original owner, still have a bill of sale copy. Comes with the box, the original scraper, the gas tube brush (veeeery worn out) and two original magazines. There are tritium inserts in both sights, but they are pretty dim, although still visible. Were I to stick with this gun, I’d only replace the front one.
Pistol has been shot quite a bit (9556 rounds) but carried little since most of its years it spent in Illinois. Between 7400 and 8000 rounds the following parts were replaced by HK: firing pin bushing, drop safety spring, squeeze cocker spring, gas piston and barrel. First two – due to breakage, others – though interesting interaction with HK CS. I have receipts from HK confirming a replacement of these parts.
Last time it was fired was March 2011. Shortly before then I also replaced magazine springs, can’t find the receipt for new springs though.
I tried my absolute best to take photos of places where the wear is the most. I’ll be happy to try and take more pictures if needed.
The price is $1175 shipped with insurance. The first “I’ll take it” marks the pistol as SPF. Buyer’s FFL has to accept shipments from private citizens.
Pistol’s buyer will have a first shot at four spare mags with new springs, DelFatti WR (1.25”), CCC Shaggy and Alessi CQC (both 1.5”) holsters and Delfatti mag pouches.
