Love him or hate him, Matt Taibbi doesn’t pull his punches and can turn a phrase. When he referred to Tom DeLay as “two-hundred-odd pounds of the world’s purest pussy repellent” a few years ago, I about herniated myself. In my view, Taibbi’s reporting on the financial meltdown has been spot on.
