Old Lot of Winchester Ranger?

I bought a case of Winchester Ranger 124gr +P bonded about two years ago and stashed it away, recently upon opening a box of it for the first time I noticed that the hollow point of the bullet is almost non existent. My question is… Is this acceptable ammo for duty/cary use? I’ve read some stuff about how certain lots of this ammo performed poorly?

pictures would help

Id say in person the cavity looks even more shallow.

Shoot one into a Gallon jug of water with a phonebook behind it to ease your troubled mind.

Thanks Mark. I don’t have any phone books laying around, though. Can I substitute aforementioned phone book for a hooker?

Any bums in your area?

Not many, but if i drive a little ways to Tampa there’s plenty of those occupy Wall Street retards.

PERFECT! You could test a LOT of ammo.

Bcm junkie, I actually most definitely will as I don’t really have time to do it my self.

Ill send you back the test fired one and the slug.

Pm me your address man and I’ll throw them in the mail tomorrow. Can they be mailed regular USPS?
