never even thought about getting a classic 1911 but then i got offered it and i got tunnel vision. it was scarey.
also don’t talk to a gunsmith like steve morrison cuz the more pics you look at the bigger your bill gets. next thing you know your basically getting steve’s version of a wilson supergrade :o

Well having multiple 1911s certainly solves the magazine issue–just pick up a second fully loaded weapon lol!
the wife just decided that her glock wasn’t as nice as my 1911 “pre-mars” so now there is a pre-80 series commander headed to steve as well. this might get out of hand. there are still 10 other 1911 smiths i like
