OK, That Was Different... Frankenstein's Army (2013)...

General General Discussion

Sort of a Dead Snow meets Dog Soliders meets Hostel with just a touch of Blair Witch.

Just to be clear, this is in no way a serious WWII film (but most of the weapons and uniforms are correct). Also nothing like a contender for film of the year, but I think a lot of people here will still enjoy it.

Borders on the bizarre at times, but that’s half the fun.

Toward the end of World War II, Russian soldiers pushing into eastern Germany stumble across a secret Nazi lab, one that has unearthed and begun experimenting with the journal of one Dr. Victor Frankenstein.

I really wished Rob Zombie would complete Wearwolf Women of SS.

(WARNING: there be some bare boobies for the faint of heart)

If you like that you should check out The Atrocity Archive by Charles Stross. Humor, Eldritch Abominations, Nazis, Zombie Nazis, and the secret to what WWII was really all about.

Short story (not part of a series) here: http://www.tor.com/stories/2012/07/a-tall-tail If you like the short story you’ll love The Atrocity Archive.

Yeah I watched it a few weeks ago on cable.

It reminded me of some old movie. But I can’t recall what.
