Roughly 50 Texas Democrat lawmakers, looking to dodge a vote on election integrity, grabbed some beer, jumped on a plane, and fled to Washington, D.C. They even took smiling pictures of themselves as they scrammed, maskless.
The Texas fugitives met with Democrat heavy-sitters such as Chuck Schumer and Kamala Harris. Harris later went to Walter Reed hospital for a “routine” Sunday check-up after the Dems started to test positive for COVID. Harris met with two Dems who have come down with COVID.
Of course they’ve all been vaccinated…

If I heard it correctly on the news last nite, about 60% of new infections with the Delta variant are in vaccinated peeps.
I heard 60% out of England and an hour later they filed for a correction of 40%.
I think data is coming in faster than they can tally it it, at this point, but the talk about “Booster Shots” that started some months ago is the likely next step.
The Tally is now 6 Texas Democrats, more than ten per cent of the number on the plane now have the Corona Virus. Again, all were supposed to have been vaccinated.

Apologist for the vaccine will find the necessary excuses for this. There are plenty of them right here on this site.
Someone mentioned it above and I’ll second the train of thought. Of everyone I know or have heard getting the rona in the past few months they were all fully vaccinated. Hell, my best friend quarantined after a mother’s day get together because his fully vaccinated sister in laws family tested positive. His family, not vaccinated and they all tested negative.

I am sure the majority of vaccinated people feel they are protected against Covid and free to fly, eat out, go to the movies, concerts, etc.
Getting vaccinated surely does not make you more susceptible to any Covid variant and there are people here who are certainly hinting that it does.
Seal yourself up in a tube with a bunch of idiots for a couple of hours and you are bound to catch something.

Yup…the narrative is these folks would be hospitalized and/or die if they hadn’t been fully vaccinated. Blame still lies on the ‘pandemic of the unvaccinated’ so let’s go door to door. Just watch, these ‘breakthrough’ cases are about to explode.

I’m not vaccinated, I have no intention of being vaccinated. I’ve been tested twice for Covid-19 during a Hospital stay. Stayed on a floor full of people suffering from Covid, still didn’t get it.
I’m on a lucky streak, I think I will ride it.
Same here. And I’ve seen some info from last week about more people dying from vax related issues than rona issues. I have also heard that certain blood types are more susceptible to contracting the rona. Honestly since the I initial “flatten the curve” bs ,when we were all at our houses, I haven’t stopped moving or living my life. I’ve traveled all over the US. I’ve mingled with folks I didn’t know. My wife got sick and tested positive the week of Christmas but I did not.

Just something I’ve noticed, since it was just announced that Nancy Pelosi’s Aide came down with this since meeting with these guys and there is no track record of Texas Republicans coming down with this.
Is the Virus becoming earlier to detect or are we just catching these folks way early in the process? The whole 8 to 10 day from exposure to full blown infection has seemed to have flown out the window.

I don’t remember any of the vaccines saying they’re 100%. But if it lessens the severity or has no symptoms then it did it’s job technically
