My Spikes Tactical HAVOC is NFA. It has been bored to 40mm and is registered as a Destructive Device.

My understanding is if you possess any impact rounds or gas rounds in 37mm and the 37mm device you now have a DD and need to register it.
usmcvet: You are correct. I registered mine as a DD because I wanted to be able to use Beehive rounds and Flaschette rounds. I also make paintball rounds and “explosive” chalk rounds (1/4 oz. of explosive mixture is the legal limit, including lift charge) that are really fun to launch. I have no interest in launching flares or smoke.

The resin pusher wad would put a nice big 37mm hole in someone. If it went right through someone at close enough range. you would probably see daylight.
