Want to sell our ‘slick’ Olive Drab Eagle Low Viz BALCS and Plate Carrier size XL in very good+ condition. The carrier has seen some duty use but not much. I don’t think the Plate Carrier has ever seen hard plates. This carrier will only hold front and back plates (it’s not designed for side plates).
