I went to the rally yesterday at the state capitol in Salem. There was a group of about 5 guys standing in front of me. I believe most were armed with AR’s and one had shotgun, nothing strange there but after a while I noticed all of them had strips of red duct tape on the back of their boots. The oldest one had a radio that kept beeping. My buddy asked the guy with the radio what the tape was about and the guy cooly replied “To better identify his group” then walked off.

No, the only skin heads I saw at the rally were a bunch of MPB’s. These guys all dressed and looked different from each other.
Being from a blue state and almost impossible to get a CCW, if anyone was carrying it wasn’t obvious.

Im in a blue state but our gun laws are among the freeest in the nation(For the moment). There was lots of very nice equipment to be seen all around. Suppressed AR’s and MP-5’s, AK’s, lots of open carry. It really made me feel alot better to know I am not in this alone.

Many instigators at the Occupy rallies were photographed wearing matching boots as they were being arrested.
Backs / bottoms of boots can be easily identified when someone is face down.
If all of your buddies are face down on the ground what would be the point of having red tape on the back of your boots?
I am surprised they used red tape. Placing the same brightly colored bandana in the same rear pocket would serve the same purpose and draw less attention.
Seems to me that on the rear pocket, would be a lot closer to eye level than the heel of a boot, there fore more noticeable. If it is an id for when you are arresting people, it would be easiest to id on back of boot, face down. Any one could have a red hanky in their back pocket by chance, but red tape on their heel? Kind of like the guy who the police chased into the woods and caught at Sandy Hook, yet you never heard ANY MORE on him. WHY NOT?

As soon as I read the OP I remembered this. I have no doubt that this sort of shit is going down with the anti’s agenda in full swing. The FBI has been infiltrating peaceful protests and various “fringe” groups for decades.
