But I have yet to date to read an educated article sited outside of academia against Obama that can’t also be applied to Bush if one were to do an “apples to apples” comparison regarding the actual problems people have with him. On the other hand however I have read plenty of subjective, un-educated, and reactionary articles against him that actually do make most people who are currently ranting and raving look like your description.
If you want to use Obama as a starting point to start discussing how we have gotten off track as a nation, and how we need to desperately focus on rebuilding both this country and it’s international relations I am all for it. If you want to somehow attempt to paint with a broad brush and use him as an excuse to not answer the difficult questions, but rather as a simple scape goat for our current reality, well, I’m going to call you out on it.
And I’m still curious how much anti McCain stuff would be on this page given a different result, as I can tell you right now the political situation in totality would be no different.

How many former Presidents can you name who socialized professionally and personally with two people who were on the FBI Ten Most Wanted List prior to running for national office?
How many former Presidents can you name who couldn’t pass a government background check because of their past associations? This means no job with the Border Patrol, FBI, Secret Service, Post Office, etc., yet he’s President.
How many former Presidents can you name, when running for State or National office used community organizing thugs to terrorize small businesses in South Chicago who didn’t support his candidacy by pushing and shoving patrons trying to enter those businesses?
How many former Presidents can you name who traveled to Africa to campaign for a Marxist political candidate, who later was responsible for the murder of 1500 Christians?
Obama is like an overripe melon; slice it open and all kinds of nasty stuff comes out.

(Recent) Past Presidents were not great (Bush included). None of them took it to the heights that Obama is trying to.

You lost with this statement. It is a classic slippery slope. I can agree that all presidents did things that I disagreed with. I can agree that some presidents did more things that I disagreed with than others.
But Obama is a fundamental change, not working within the system, but destroying and twisting the system.
