Let me preface this by saying that while I am not a LEO, I have the utmost respect for those in their line of work and understand that it is an insanely difficult job. I am in no way trying to bring down the profession.

That being said, this left me incredulous.

Unfortunately when there are a lot of people around there is more chance of getting hit.
