Really though, happens all the time. I get hounded about Mk 11 Mod 0 bolt issues to this day, despite the improvements that have been made over the past 20 years…and that’s by friends!

Apparently he missed the E3 bolt altogether. I just picked up a MOD2 a couple of weeks ago. I fired a 3 shot group with XM193 that measured 1 5/8" at 120, even with my fading eyes. I had actually planned on getting a SR-15 last year but optioned to go with a 6920 instead at half the cost, knowing from the begining that bringing the Colt up to anything near the SR’s out the box layout was going to cost me more. But I figured I would upgrade overtime. I ended up not doing anything to the Colt and never even fired it. Sold the Colt last night, still unfired, to pad the bank account. After handling the SR I no longer had any use for a standard layout carbine. Less than 3 weeks of owning the SR and am planning it’s second range trip tomorrow. Lesson learned but am so glad I finally pulled the trigger on the SR.
I have yet to meet a single person who regretted buying a Sr15.
I regret not owning one of each mod.
Just got a mod 2 upper today.
I absolutely love my mod1!!! Got in in a trade for an arsenal Ak pistol! Truly a dream come true now I need an sr25 to match haha

Ive got all 5 of the Legacy limited edition rifles. Black,silver,taupe,green,and tan.
4 Mod 1’s, 2 16’s,a factory 14.5, and a cut 14.5 with midlength urx3.
2 mod 1’s,One cut down 14.5 fully dimpled with urx4, and a 11.5 fully dimpled with urx4 
I regret buying a mod1 (from you incidentally lol) only because:
I thought I was moving to Hawaii and therefore couldn’t bring my SBR.
I moved to Vegas and use my SBR all the time. I only use my SBR or a precision AR now, I don’t feel the need for a 16" CL AR. So it just sits there unused and sad 
I would’ve liked a mod2 specifically for the gas system, but that came out later. But I wouldn’t really use that either to be honest. It’s SS 16" or CL 10.5" for me.
It has nothing to do with the rifle, it has to do with the particular configuration. That being said, for a 16" CL rifle, the SR-15 has absolutely been perfect and I recommend it if you don’t want or can’t get an SBR.
The guy is a tool, and a dull one at that. KAC has forgotten more about how to build an AR than that guy will ever learn.

Usually I like this guy. But way off base here. Lol. The features you get from an SR15 you can not have from a Colt or BCM, Smith Wesson…
And the cost is under rifles of similar features with reliability you just cannot beat in the whole industry. Sorry I can’t figure out what he is thinking on this video. Turned it off a few minutes into his video.
I have 3 LMT 10.3 custom SBR’s, 1 Colt 10.3(real Colt barrel) SBR with a second Colt 14.5 upper, 1 LWRC A3 12.7 SBR, 1 RR pin/weld 14.5, And 2 Knights mod 1 11.5 SBR’s . And My Knights are my choice. And all my other rifles have been upgraded with the LMT enhanced bolt(except the Colt bolts were left alone) and Geissele’s SSA-E triggers. The Knights have been left alone. And I just bought a NIB Real HK 416 AI upper 10.4(with a NIB RAHG rail to lighten it up a bit) to make a complete HK 416/MR556 A1 lower combo’ed SBR and I bet the Knights will still truly be my favorite. And I have a few Cans and whats funny my older NT4’s are probably my favorite as of now. I have better spec’ed cans but the NT4’s(a reliable brick house)work and have a good tone. My Surefire RC(mount is definitely better) is nice but I like the sound of my NT4’s more. KAC makes some good shit!!

Yeah, total BS. I was disappointed. I could be wrong but it felt like he had a chip on his shoulder going into this one. I’ve been a subscriber for years and generally like his reviews. Not this one. Just didn’t feel right. And all credibility went out the window with the Delton comment…
I think he’s mad because he doesn’t have one haha. That review was a joke.
