Will the NSR install onto a regular MUR? I can’t seem to find any of the Noveske Vltor Murs, so was wondering before I pay for a regular mur if it would fit. Thank you!
It fits on anything. There are no tabs. See (shot from Stick)
Truth. It has an optional pin to used with the Noveske upper but it is not necessary.
The main difference between the two is the exterior dimensions of the Vltor is mil-spec from the ejection port forward while the Noveske MUR is not (it’s larger). All interior dimensions are mil-sepc. However, the Noveske MUR is pre-drilled for the anti-rotation pin that is hidden above the gas tube. See below for a comparison pic.
