Glad the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in Peruta’s favor. Hopefully the California’s AG’s appeal will be thrown out. Defense of life and property should be a plain enough reason to be issued a CC permit. Haga on the the other hand is just plain stupid. He had in his possession weapons that are banned in Cali. He’s lucky that the case was thrown out on issues of search and seizure. A serious reminder that it just isn’t worth it to be in possession of firearms that are banned in your respective states. Sooner or later you’ll slip up and tell/show someone you have them and for whatever reason, they’ll drop a dime on you. Just like what happened to Haga. Don’t be stupid.
