Now It's a Conspiracy?

No disrespect intended towards the death of John Noveske-

Here is a link to an article that contends the death of John Noveske may be part of a larger conspiracy as John posted on his Facebook page a list of killers and the psychotropic meds they were on.

I love conspiracy theories for storytelling purposes but try to avoid the tinfoil hat thinking in real life. But I must admit that I found the timing of the Sandyhook tragedy and that of a couple of high profile crimes, too coincidental. I also believe that Fast & Furious was used to discredit the gun industry and gun owners.

I don’t think John’s death is part of a larger conspiracy and I don’t want to believe the .gov would be so corrupt. Please tell me there are big holes in this

I wouldn’t trust the Natural News to tell me the weather.

Agreed. The page that information (list of active shooters and meds they were prescribed) was on the company Facebook page, so by the conspiracy “logic” one would have to go after all in the company who could post on it.

Maybe it’s just me, but it feels a tad bit direspectful to be discussing the “conspiracy” of a good mans death so soon after his passing. This cant wait a week or two?

OK, try this on for size. The majority of these mass shooters have some pretty significant psychiatric disorders. The standard of care these days for treating many (damn near all) psychiatric disorders is psychotropic meds. Psychiatrists today would probably be more accurately labeled psychopharmacologists.

So the fact that many of these whack jobs have been or are currently being treated with some type of psychotropic med is really no surprise. As others have noted, correlation is not causation.

That’s not to deny that a small segment of the population may suffer significant side effects from these medications. The same is true for aspirin, penicillin, or furosemide. But the simple fact is that the benefits of these medications for the public far outweigh the negative impact on a very minute segment of those treated.

Crazy people do crazy shit. And sometimes there’s no way to treat the crazy.

A website dedicated to selling naturopathic cures for everything from hemorrhoids to heart attacks and colds sores to cancer suggesting Mr. Noveske was the target of some conspiracy be the pharmaceutical industry smacks of nothing but crass opportunism.

Actually if you read the article it does make a lot of valid (and true) points. However, we cannot assume that Mr. Noveske was murdered. Putting Mr. Noveske’s death aside, that is a very interesting read especially considering the guy behind FPSRussia (YouTube firearms channel) was just found murdered.

What is especially disturbing is that the United Way Sandy Hook donation support page was created on December 11, 2012. Three days before the shooting even happened.

The plot thickens.

The tinfoil is thick with this thread. Moved out of respect for John and his family. I think the last thing they need is some bullshit conspiracy theory thread involving a lost loved one. If I’m wrong move it back.
