Just talked to Noveske. The upper itself is compatible with Glock mags - BUT you need a Glock compatible lower to use Glock mags. Noveske is not making a lower compatible with Glock mags.
I want a complete Noveske SBR so I am going to stick with the Colt mags and not worry about Glock mags. The Colt mags are supposed to be more reliable any. They also stick straight down rather than at an angle like the Glock mags.
