Noveske: New website teaser video

VIS-KM perhapse?

I love Noveske, one of the finest rifles I ever shot was their 5.56 Afghan a guy at the range owned. I just wish I could afford a higher end rifle. My BCM Frankenstein will have to do for now.

i love my noveske upper, but my wife thought it was weird that it slept between us in bed

so she’s on the couch…

Ooooooh noveske. The soft core porn music was a nice touch. Time to break out the cc and get an noveske upper.

Went on the site again, just had to order some swag!

Not sure where the video is now…

but…

The “new” website was just refined a bit. It is much more organized and easy to navigate from. Very similar to the “old” site. It has about 6 slides in rotation and has an easy to use menu.

I am very happy with this upgrade to the site. I like simple and easy to navigate.

Thank you Noveske… the old site looked great, but it wasn’t fun trying to navigate through.

“Chainsaw” means they are flawed. So why are guys buying admittedly imperfect or out of spec parts for cheaper, then complaining about it?

The Chainsaw or blem lowers from Noveske are claimed to be lowers that suffer from “minor cosmetic blemishes” only and are not a lower that was found to be outside of Noveske’s specifications. They are supposed to fit milspec dimensions for LPK, receiver end plate, receiver extension and fitment to a milspec dimension upper, but they are not truly “milspec”. In other words the chainsaw lowers should have the same functionality as a factory first part. In most cases the cosmetic blemishes are difficult to spot. I will add that since the passing of John and movement of some key employees, I would hope that the current “chainsaw” lowers being sold are still only cosmetically blemished parts.

I can’t find anything on their website that states the chainsaw lowers are guaranteed mil spec. In fact their website doesn’t even mention chainsaw anywhere. ( used the search function)

This quote is taken from a description on DSG’s site: “NOVESKE CHAINSAW grade rifles and components may not be returned for cosmetic blemishes. These gun are for men who plan on using the gun as a tool, and adding plenty of scratches along the way. As always, NOVESKE RIFLEWORKS, LLC will be more than happy to inspect, repair, or replace any NOVESKE CHAINSAW marked part suspected of having a functional defect. If this is the case, please contact Noveske directly at www.noveske.com.”

I believe Noveske used the same wording on their site.

My Noveske Gen2 chainsaw lower went together just fine; smoothest assembly out of the 3 lowers I’ve built. Everything was just perfect. I can’t say that for another well known lower manufacturer I bought, though in their defense, they did offer to swap it out.

The old website had a whole page on the chainsaw items. I believe it described them as cosmetically blemished, but still in spec… or something along those lines.
