I have for sale a Like New-In-Box Noveske N4 Recce - Basic Upper. 16.1″ Cold Hammer Forged Barrel, 1 in 7″ twist, 5.56mm. This stripped upper was bought new for a project that has never materialized and is being sold in the condition (no BCG or CH) it was purchased. Since leaving the factory, it has never been used/fired or attached to a lower and sat in the box.
