How much better are Noveske’s barrels vs Daniel Defense or any other AR manufacturer for that matter. Is there a noticeable difference? Thanks

For their CL barrels, I would say yes. The double chrome lining should help your bore last longer through heavy firing schedules.
In terms of accuracy, I would say Noveske CL barrels are only slightly more accurate.

Do a search on M4C. I haven’t heard of anyone who has owned a Noveske barrel and been anything less than impressed with their accuracy and longevity. Is it worth the money? Depends what you want to do with your rifle and what your budget it.
I have seen nothing but the highest praise for Noveske barrels, and everything else that Noveske makes.
With that said, I’ve never heard anyone say anything negative about barrels from Daniel Defense, BCM, Colt, etc.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but as long as you’re sourcing stuff from a reputable manufacturer, you should be fine. Noveske is premier stuff, though. Hence the price premium.
I’ve never fired a SS Noveske barrel that I was thrilled with for accuracy. I’ve also never been disappointed in a SS Noveske barrel.
Pappabear has a pretty new Noveske under a Geissele rail that is showing some real promise. We haven’t sat down and given it a serious group test yet.
I’d never pay the prices that Noveske SS barrels command. A WOA will shoot as good or better for less money.
I tend to avoid their SS barrels as well. Not worth the price compared to other SS barrels.

If you are looking for accuracy, the main question is are you going to use good enough ammunition to justify the added cost of these better barrels?
A phenomenal barrel and shitty ammo is a waste of your time. (It may group sightly better than your average barrel, but why spend the $?)

I do see the benefit of the increased chrome lining and CHF processes but most of us do not shoot enough to really tell a difference.

OP, I would imagine if you are looking for a standard CL barrel you could just find whatever one is cheaper and be just fine.
I bought one about 6 months ago. Rainier does periodically restock them.
Noveske Dealers and Distributors are able to get their chrome-lined barrels, and yes, Rainier Arms does stock them more often than others.

I’ve shot Noveske CL equipped rifle and I’ve shot Critierion CL ones too.
Couldn’t tell the difference 
Being that Criterion is a Kreiger affiliate (here in Wi.) I’ll stick with them.
You were correct sort of - they are available on occasion and in limited quantities, commanding a hefty price beyond what a DD chf would cost you.
OP - A very awesome option to consider is a Centurion.
When I building a 14.5 nice set up (Markm reference’s above) I wanted a 14.5 Noveske Afghan and it was backordered everywhere. So I backordered one from Midway. In the meantime I get impatient, AS I ALWAYS DO, and bought a DD 14.5. It shot 1 inch groups at 100 yards. Very nice barrel. I still bought the Noveske and built another 14.5, and just bought a 16 Recon.
Last comment, if you are not putting a variable high power 2.5-10 type scope, its very hard to tell the difference. Its hard to shoot half inch groups with a 4X ACOG. So unless its a dedicated SPR, the DD will serve you quite well.
