Looking for 1st AR type rifle - have used lever action before but “need” one of these. Do not have time to piece together and from various reviews/forums this seems to fits my needs - know there are cheaper options but do not want to deal with quality/reliability issues etc
This board seems the most informative - opinions on mfgr/rifle? Uses - mainly target - 200 yards and in, home defense. Can get from online dealer I have used before for .45 handguns for $1850. Opinions pro/con welcome.

I have a rifle build with one of these barrels. I’ve found it to be quite accurate. I use mine as a shorter range SPR and shoot it out to about 400m with an ACOG scope. Although the round count on mine isn’t very high, these particular Noveske N4 barrels are known to be very tough and robust.
Cant go wrong with Noveske. I have the N4 light Recce model and its a great shooter.
I absolutely love my Noveske and the one you are choosing will be my next rifle. I have the 14.5 and it is wonderful. They also hold there value well. Get it and then put a Geisssele SSA in it and optic of choice and you will be good to go! There customer service is awesome too!
I have 3 Noveske’s and sold off my Colts to get them if that tells you anything! Love all of mine. I am thinking of getting an SBR next. The lo pro is a great lighter weight AR for you, you will love it plain and simply. And yes, their customer service is absolutely the best, sami is the greatest!!! All of the employees always have time to help you no matter if it is an email or a phone call. I always get a email response within a day of sending one!!
