Noticeble weight diffence in rails (6920)

Here is a picture of my 6920 finally coming together.

Do you guys think there would be a noticeable difference in weight if i switched the LaRue 7.0 rail out with a DD Lite Rail 7.0? I know the difference is roughtly 3.37ouces, add a QD swivel mount 2.37 ounce difference. Would there be a noticeable weight loss in the front end? I guess i am trying to justify myself finding something else fun to play with. But then is it worth it going through the trouble of switching out.

As I very big DD fan, I would say since you already own a LaRue rail that you should just stick with it. It’s a fine rail and the difference in weight isn’t great enough to change.

Take the batteries out of your light, and see if you notice.

That would be the weight difference.

The Larue is a little bit more than 3 ounces heavier than the same size DDLite. Nothing worth switching over.
