Not compatible with MOE rails

I tried to put both a GS light mount and a GS handstop onto a MOE handguard using the MOE bolt on rails and they do not seem to be able to slide on.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Anybody?

Are they too tight? The only thing I could offer would be to lightly sand down the MOE rails until the gear sector mounts slide on. You should have no problems after that. If the gear sector mount is too big “loose” for the rail, then I am out of advice.

We have had a few reports regarding our components and the Magpul rail sections. I can only say that the tolerances on our parts is more than enough to accommodate moderately out of spec rails systems. That said, holding tolerances on injection molded parts is a bit more difficult. From the samples I have here, no two are alike and all are beyond what the spec calls for.

You are more than welcome to return the parts for a refund. You other option would be to file down the rail sections where you are encountering interference.
