Took this off my old helmet from years back. It’s seen two tours in the sandbox but is still fully functional, nothing broken, I cleaned the dirt out and lubed the pivot points. Mounts to single hole helmets only, Includes two grommets and screws. Elbow has rhino type adapter on it for PVS7 or 14 type devices.
