I have noticed most courses specify “no reloads” or “factory type only” ammo. Does this include companies like Georgia Arms and others that reload in a factory or is it aimed at the home reloader? Thanks.
Refers mostly to home/hobby reloaded ammunition. Most will make the distinction between it and commercially remanufactured ammunition. Ask your training provider for further guidance.
Most manufacturers will make the same distinction, providing no coverage for “reloaded” ammuniton while at the same time buying pallets of commercially remanufactured ammunition themselves.
Georgia Arms, Black Hills blue box, and HSM are not “reloads,” they are remanufactured. They pay blood money to both the government and insurance companies.
This is usually not what is being referred to as “reloads.”
Thanks guys. That is kind of what I figured. I ask because I live in GA and GA arms is at all the gun shows and was going to stock up.
You could buy a dillon 1050,which is a commercial reloader.:sarcastic:
