Parts are pretty hard to find right now but if you’re diligent you can find them. I use the email notice function on a few vendors websites and you just have to be ready to move quick when you get the email.
I voted early in late October, went and picked up a 6720 for $989, while I was getting that I had been pricing 6920s. One of my area dealers who moves a lot of inventory via online, store front, and shows already jacked his 6920s to $1700. This was a week before the national election.
I’ve seen some places bought out of mags. AIM had D&H ten packs for $89 and they sold out the same day. I’ve seen more of a run on ammo and bcg’s than anything really.
I’m having stupid flashbacks of 2008. The 6920s were an ungodly amount. What were they on average? $1200? I took a hit on another AR back then as well. Been browsing different online vendors and the pricing seems to be “normal” so far.
