Second Amendment rights advocates are fuming today over words from three state senators caught on tape after Thursday’s hearing on the upper chamber’s gun control package.
The three female senators, who sound from the recording to be Sen. Loretta Weinberg, Sen. Sandy Cunningham and Sen. Linda Greenstein are heard discussing the the just closed hearing.
“We needed a bill that was going to confiscate, confiscate, confiscate," said an unknown voice.
Weinberg said she had no idea who said confiscate or in what context, or if it was even a lawmaker. The next voice, which is clearly Weinberg, said, “They want to keep the guns out of the hands of the bad guys, but they don’t have any regulations to do it."
Next up was Cunningham: “They don’t care about the bad guys. All they want to do is have their little guns and do whatever they want with them.”
Then Greenstein: “That’s the line they’ve developed.”
Scott Bach, executive director of the Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs, said the comments are indicative of an extremist mentality.
“We’re outraged by this,” Bach said. “These are the words of gun ban extremists and unfortunately they have the ear of the senate president right now. The bill package that is coming up Monday in the full senate needs to be held.”

This is what happens when insulated ideologues are elected by the ignorant populace. A new round of letters are headed out from here tomorrow, as at the very least I believe Christie is now listening to us. The latest proposed measures here in this state seem to have been shot down and the governor said he will consider additional gun laws only in conjunction with or after we figure out what is wrong with our society.
Just hit the flusher on the state of New Jersey already as there is no saving that state. The Libatards have spoken electing the same anti gun politicians time and again and the only hope we all have is that New Jersey and California break off and float away during the next quake before they infect the rest of the country with their silly shit.
Not to be mean to are pro 2A brothers in those states but your just vastly out numbered by the Libatards who blindly support the anti gun politicians.
We need to start using the same tactics the enemy is. Finally someone did labeling the people that want to confiscate as extremists.
This statement is moronic. California had more than 4.4 million people voting AGAINST BHO in 2012. New York had 2.2 million voting for someone other than BHO. Pennsylvania only had 2.6, AND BHO got 52% of the vote making PA a “Libtard” blue state in that last election too. Would you like some natural disaster to befall all the innocents who voted against socialism in PA too? Since you aren’t on the coast, maybe PA should just fall into a big sinkhole since more of you voted liberal last time around too? I certainly don’t think so, but if your criterion for wishing for millions of deaths is a majority of liberal voters, then YOUR state gets the ax too.
Time to engage your brain. EVERY non-socialist in EVERY state is an ally in this war on our culture and constitution. Anyone who wants millions of his allies to drop off into the ocean is clearly not thinking straight.
Now if you want to suggest that all the red voters in all of the blue states get together and push all the blue voters into the ocean, now then we might have a discussion…
