I have recently filed to start my “Trust” and I have a, question, likely to be considered stupid. Anyways, since I am about to buy my first suppressor to complete my MK12 Mod 1, I wanted to ask anyways.
When I buy the suppressor, does the original seller keep the suppressor until Batfe clears my forms, or do they send it to my designated SOT to hold until it clears?
If sellers wait until Batfe clears the paperwork, is it typical to charge at the time of the sell or when they actually ship it to my SOT to make the transfer?
If I understand your question right, the seller holds it until the forms are cleared/transferred to your dealer. Once the forms come back, it is then sent to your dealer. As far as payment, some people want it up front, some want half. It just varies.
