As I examine my options reagrding NFA ownership, I’m wondering if anyone on M4C knows if there is a lawyer in the N.E. Ohio area that has experience preparing trusts containing NFA firearms.
At this point I haven’t decided yet which route I’m going to take to create a trust (Quiken Willmaker or lawyer) but I’m trying to learn all I can before proceeding.

I haven’t used the service but I did call today and the lady I spoke to told me it was $600 that was split between their firm and your local lawyer that they work with for the service.
It’s been a few years since this post has there been anything negative to reported in the past few years?
I used Kevin Bradford. Not too expensive, legit lawyer, and he’s an SOT as well. He’s in NE OH.

Iv got to say thanks for the recommendation just spoke to him real standup guy and luckily I live in Ohio so this makes me feel a lot more comfortable working with a lawyer that’s working out of Ohio
I’m interested in setting up an NFA trust as well …
If I might ask, what does Mr. Bradford charge for this service (ballpark)? Mine would be a pretty simple document. Just me as trustee, and only one beneficiary. Thanks!
As of July his fee was $250.00 for an NFA trust.

I used Mr. Bradford myself…great guy, knows his stuff, gun owner and enthusiast…set up a trust for my non NFA stuff as well and will be using for some other stuff in the near future. Can’t go wrong.
