Has anyone bought a Beta C-Mag lately? I’m wondering if their reliability has gotten any better, or they have done anything to improve reliability.
I think they are a reliable as your AR. Meaning that if you do not do PM’s to your AR, it will not run. If you do not clean and lube your Beta Mag, it will not run.

I get what you are saying. I thought about purchasing a few, 1 for fun and 2 for investment. I remember during the Ban, I think they went over $1,000 for a new one.
I wouldn’t be getting one for the fabled SHTF scenarios…:rolleyes:
I think BETA’s come into their own from fixed positions (vehicle, house, bunker). No moving and shooting.
A lot of people will say, “what if they malfunction?” You simply hit the “eject” button the side of your weapon and install a new mag.

I see what you are saying; for some reason it falls into that category of not being “grunt proof”, and therefore shouldn’t be trusted.
