Hi everyone, I didn’t see a section of this forum to introduce new-comers, so figured I’d post here. I’m a newbie to the AR/M4 platform, and just put my first one on layaway at my FFL dealer. It’s the Smith & Wesson M&P15. I’ve been doing as much research as I can on the AR platform to get an idea of how to clean one, and run it. I’m a big AK-47 fan, so switching to the black rifle will be a good learning experience I think. I’ve always wanted an AR rifle, and I will finally get my chance in a few weeks, and I figured I should grab mine while I still can. Anyway, that is all!
