NY posted PSAs recently about what to do in case of nuclear attack covered everything you’d need to know in a 90 second video and simple signage.

JIC you want to know more, here are links to two classic handbooks that provide REAL guidance from govt experts (that’s not tongue in cheek). These folks give good advice, even though the manuals are dated.
