New Wilson CQB

Took receipt of this after a long Layaway from migunslingers. I special ordered it this way…
No fcs, starburst grips, U notch black rear, front night sight with white outline, naked slide and flat trigger. Only had time to shoot 100 rds of pistol yesterday.

Very nice! I like the sunburst grip look.

Enjoy putting more rounds through it. I have over 1000 through my CQB and have not had any issues.

That looks very nice.

I am very happy with mine.

Nice Blaster!

Congrats Brother! Looks great!

Thank you guys. I haven’t had a 1911 in years. Used to be all I owned. I would love to take a class with it sometime. She’s a sweet shooter.

Thanks newyork, I think I’m going to take my GRP out this evening for some range time, see what you did? :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyway, congrats bro.

Vickers 1911 Operators course is excellent and I highly recommend it. It covers far more than just running a 1911. He goes over all the pistols from soup to nuts and you will leave with a much broader understanding of the platform.

I have 3 classes scheduled this year (MDTS, Low Speed High Drag and Redback One), where I will be using my HK45. If I can squeeze in the Vickers too that would be awesome. Thanks Patrick.

perfect options and clean look. congrats. George is da man

Great looking gun!

Congrats on the Wilson. I own a cqb elite and run the shit out of it. Get some spare mags and a dillon.

Love the starburst! Ive been thinking about picking up a Wilson Combat, I hear nothing but good things about them

Schweet. Jealous!

I have about 12-14 Wilson 8rd mags. Need a press.

I am a huge Wilson fan. They are building great 1911’s these days. This cqb looks like a continuation of that. Great looking gun.

Nice Wilson!

My brother picked up a Wilson Combat last year, which has resluted in jealousy on my part and saving pennies…

I already want another or a railed one but I rather have ammo, training and food.

Isn’t nice when a 1911 makes your pants tight by just fondling it?

There is nothing like a finally crafted 1911.

That tightness is usually offset by a shrinking of the wallet in the pocket.

I have several CQBs, including a 5" railed model, and they are easily my favorite handguns, and (to me) worth every penny. Wilson certainly makes some very nice pistols. They are the reason I got into reloading, it definitely helps with training costs.
