The new site looks great. When are those barrels going to be available?
Thanks, for the update. The site looks good.
Looks good, much easier to navigate
Looking for a couple ETPs seperate from EPP for a couple AX556 lowers, how do I order the ETPs seperately?
Thank you all for the positive feedback. The new website is long overdue. If you notice any bugs or typos, etc. Please let us know. We are still combing through it for errors.
Please give us a call at the shop, 702-802-3588 9am-4pm PST to order. We will work on getting the single pins on the website.
Thank you.
We are still testing the barrels and refining the design a bit. We have a companion Titanium Gas Block (patent pending) to go along with it. We have to have it by December, if not earlier.
Will you still be offering colored safety levers?

Yes. If you go to this link and scroll down you should see the Cerakote colored safety selectors.

Looks good!
What’s the pic of the wire looking stuff in the clear box (in the Forged lower pics section)?
I could be wrong but it looks like wire for the wire EDM machine used to cut the magwells.
That’s what I was thinking too. I’ve just never seen the actual set up.
Wow, that’s what I get for browsing the net when I should be asleep. I completely missed them, thanks.

Correct! It is the spent wire used on the WIRE EDM machine to cut the magazine wells of the forged BAD-15 Lower Receivers. It uses a fresh section of wire to cut each lower so the cut is perfectly precise each time. It is not a broach which gets dull with each cut nor CNC machined and have seams/match lines and can’t cut the sharp corners.
The Wire EDM magwell for receiver #1 to #10,000 will be identical. I forgot the exact tolerance but it is in the 0.000X" range. It’s about as perfect as you can get and the reason we went that route. We are not trying to make another typical forged lower in an already saturated market. We want to make the “Ferrari” of lower receivers.
Will some of the “Combo Specials” eventually make it to the new website?
Can they still be ordered on the old site?
The Website looks good. I was going to order some pins and a selector for my Bad15 lower the other day, but I discovered that I have a pile of each that I haven’t used yet. Man, I love those things.
The old site still works: shop.battlearmsdevelopment.com and the combo specials are there.
We will keep it up for a while until we are 100% sure the new site is stable and all the products are transferred over. We are working out different ways to offer the special combos and how to approach them. More programming to do.
Just a heads up. Your new site looks great , but I am unable to access my account with my username and password that still works with the older site.
Our new site is on a different system so you will have to create a new account unfortunately. Sorry for the hassle.
