I have my doubts about this whole concept. Talking to your scope in a real-world application is a great way to give away your position.
As a range toy I suppose it’s okay.

The thing is: somebody will probably really introduce something like this in the future. Even though this video is a prank it sounds like something some Fudd scope maker would come up with.
