I have a new Surefire FH556-212a flash hider that was professionally unpinned and unscrewed by Rainier Arms from a new 14.5" Noveske upper. They removed it so precisely that it could easily be reattached or re-pinned to another barrel with a new set of shims. Mount a suppressor at your own risk (Surefire states that mounting their suppressor to a pinned muzzle device voids the warranty of the suppressor).
