New selector packaging

Battle Arms Dev. ambidextrous selectors in their new packaging are on their way to Rainier

The new packaging uses less material and contains more pertinent information than the old packaging (plastic re-usable zip bag, separate 8x11 instruction manual).

The 45 degree, 90 degree semi auto, CASS-3P, M16, and the upcoming CASS-3P, SA will all be shipped in the new packaging now.

As is our company tradition, we have put a lot of thoughts into the front and back of the card to include instructions, product attributes (CNC machined, US made, ambidextrous, etc.).

I take it that this new packaging is 100% environmentally friendly?

It is 100% user friendly :stuck_out_tongue:

…

Yer prototypes are waiting for the dang lever, the CASS-3P, SA prototype is ready to go, soon we’ll get the round knob lever :jester:

Very nice Duffy!
Review on the CASS 3P, SA within the next 48 hours! Stay tuned! I feel honored to get something before Trident…:jester:

Aw why did you have to needle him ;)

Very pro looking pack there Duffy. I’m going to give one of your selectors a shot one of these days.

Thanks Matt! Remember, if you’re LE, MIL, firefighter or EMT, please email me for discount info

…

Wow, nice packaging. No more little baggies

We’re waiting for them too :bad:

Ummmmmmmmmmm, I think I have one of those too

My first question to Duffy was do you have a 3p in st.
Hitting the range first thing in the morning before the heat index hits boiling.

Short throw in CASS-3P, SA isn’t out of the question, I’m afraid it will confuse people too much :stuck_out_tongue:

Nothing confuses those on the dark side…:dirol:

The CASS-3P, SA in 45 degree will not be cheap. CASS-3P in either select fire or semi auto requires a lot more machining time, and every dovetail male and female interface has to be checked manually by a go/no go gauge, so it has a higher rejection rate, as the tolerances are even tighter on these.

The horizontally mounted dovetail interface not only removes load from the screw, due to the lever’s install/remove method, even if the screw was lost, the lever will stay on the selector center and the selector will remain usable for a time.

In your tests, you can tell us how it works by removing the screw on one side and continuing to manipulate the selector and shoot

I just got back from the range. I didn’t read your request for removing the screw until just now sorry. The heat index today is 106 so I will not be returning today :bad:
I will post a detailed report with pictures and a short video tomorrow. I will say that it was very solid and actually overbuilt. The 3p was installed on my 6.8 SPC so where do I send the bill for the ammo? I truly can not afford to shoot that thing!

Thanks for the review Cory

The in-the-white lever is one of the reverse hybrid prototypes. We’re going to rework it a little, so I threw it in as a souvineer :jester:

I’m digging the packaging. It looks like it should be hanging on racks for sale in alot more places that Rainier.
