Saw this posted by them on Facebook and thought it was pretty cool. Insights hasn’t done a lot in terms of promotional media, etc so it’s good to see they’re moving more in that direction:

I’ve not had the pleasure of training with Greg Hamilton, but I’ve taken a few classes with Jeff Mau (the instructor seen at the beginning) and he has a knack for breaking down concepts/techniques and building on them piece by piece. He posts here as Jeff M.

With everyone’s new found emphasis on people actually training I’m not the coolest guy with a rifle any longer. I use to be hot shit :frowning:

I’m gonna go do a 14 miles jog I’ll be back later, at least I’m still able to buy gear in my size, since it seems most stuff sells out in XL hehe. They need to make a fitness video, magpul should do it. I remember a AR15 fitness VHS from the 80’s.
