Got rid of the weapon light on top and replaced it with the Gear Sector Mount and SF Viking L4 200 Lumen LED(Thanks to Jason from Gear Sector for helping me pick out a light and mount) , along with a couple other changes
The Gear Sector Mount was everything i was looking for, Light Weight, Low Profile, and Robust.
Specs:

BCM Ion Bond BCG
PRI GB CH
Troy FUFS/BUIS
LaRue SPR LT104 Mount
GRCS 1-4 CQB FFP Scope
GEAR SECTOR Offset Light Mount
VIKING L4 SUREFIRE E2D LED
Magpul RVG Cut down
So far i have about 400 rds through it, I had short stroking issues at the beginning because of the Extra strength buffer spring, ST-T2 Buffer and the Full Auto carrier but I went back to the standard buffer spring and it has been 100% even with wolf and tula.
The Gear Sector Mount is very low profile, Love It.
ETA: The rifle consistently shoots about 1.75 - 2.25 10 rds groups with PMC 55 gr and about 3-4" with Wolf/Tula
Put the spring back in and run it with some hotter ammo for like 5 or 600 rounds. The spring will brake in and the recoil impulse will be less. You can then go back to shooting any ammo. I have the same set up…
It’s a combination of Spring, buffer, bolt and comp./ muzzle break that makes felt recoil different. I use a Wolf extra power spring, Spike’s St-2 or H buffer and m-16 bolt in all my rifles. I run PWS brakes on two of my rifles and a Troy on the other. All of my rifles, except the 6.8 needed a break in period before I could run the lighter weight rounds. Now they all run great with any ammo except Tula.
