please do something for the ALG EMR!!!

There are others in the works…but we will most definitely take a look at this one although it appears that the barrel nut their handguards ship with are already aluminum so depending on what’s possible there may or may not be as noticeable of a weight saving as there is going from a steel or even titanium barrel nut to 7075 Billet Aluminum.

If you own one of the ALG’s do you happen to know the weight of the barrel nut it ships with?

Either way, thanks for the suggestion!

my bad thought it had a steel barrel nut , still please take a whack at as many as you can get cooperation on. love the Ti

I was hoping it was titanium.

Uhhh…No. Skulls are gay. The only logo on my Colt is the rampant Colt factory logo.

NSR nut runs $50 from Noveske. So cost savings and a little weight savings sound good  not for my rifle though as my barrel isn’t particularly “light”.

Has anyone gotten ahold of one of these NSR barrel nuts? I am convinced the Noveske site has a typo for the weight of the NSR barrel nut at “2oz.” My barrel nut came on an upper bought two years ago and it looks identical to the picture and weighs a little over 3oz.

I agree. The KMR barrel nut in steel, which is substantially more compact, weighs ~1.6 oz IIRC.
