Hello all,
I just received my first Kydex holsters and am wondering if it’s unreasonable of me to want the trigger shielded more than these are?
I know on the light mounted one there will be a gap due to the channel for the light body, but all the other holsters of this style that I’ve seen cover the trigger completely from the sides.
Thank you,
nick

It’s not unreasonable at all to want the trigger covered.
Who made those Kaluban? IMHO, those triggers should be covered.
It is entirely possible that that holster was made for the long trigger but I agree, all the trigger should be covered.
I wouldn’t use a holster without the trigger being completely covered.
X2. That holster would be a no go for me.

Same as everybody else, man. I don’t want to see that trigger at all.
I agree with all previous posts
Send it back to have it redone to allow full coverage of the trigger. If they won’t then ask for a refund.
I agree with the everyone else. Who is the maker?
I’m guessing Kaluban unless someone copied their belt loops almost identically.
Thank you all, I’ve contacted the manufacturer and will report back.
I agree with your guess. I had a bad experience with them in the past myself AND recall thinking the same about them not covering the trigger enough. I no longer own a KC product.
Good luck.
