Ambidextrous by simply moving the hardware from one side to the other.

Appendix is a great way to carry that gives you several tactical advantages. It however is not for everyone. Although this was designed with appendix carry in mind it will also work at other carry positions. Especially for the compact and sub-compact models such as the 26/27/33.
