New forged lower, might be useful for 3 gun

This forum has been a bit dead lately, thought I would add something for discussion, or at least new discussion.

Received our new lowers this week. We think they will be great for 3 gun as well as other shooting related functions/duties.

Forged lower, clean smooth lines, nice mag well, and an integral trigger guard.

Looks nice. They look like Billet lowers not forged?

Billet… not these babies! They are forged, trust me :wink: .

The pricing will be low 200s.

Romero’s new comp rifle with the New Noveske Forged Lower:

At first these lowers are going to be offered on Noveske rifles at no additional cost. They will first be offered on the NST Rifles in about 2 weeks. Then in about 6 weeks or so they will be available on the entire Noveske product line. The only rifles that will continue to have the GI lowers will be the standard N4 and the Rogue Hunter. All other configs will have these new forged lowers at no additional cost. Once there is enough of these new forged lowers in stock they will be offered for sale individually by the summer, if not sooner.

Thanks Cold. I was not doubting you. The lower just looked similar to my billet lower from Larue. I will be wanting to get one of these.

These look really god. Like Pat said they look as good as a lot of billet parts. The magwell is a nice touch!

There will be 3 of them on the table at the 3 Man 3 Gun as prizes for a team. I told Dean after last years match and whatnot, the NST would bring something nice for the table.

I bet the tooling investment was substantial!! I went billet simply for the cool affect and the C3 lower was factory SBR & ready to go.

This is one ‘change’ that is pretty snazzy.

I hope it is a home run!!

I’ve got a MUR upper just WAITING for a nice lower, and that’s a SWEEEEEET looking lower. I’ll even drive down to GP to get it, if it makes things faster!! Man, I’ve gotta work more OT…
