I started taking Con-Cret creatine a couple weeks ago. I’m seeing good results without the bloating/cramping associated with monohydrate.
It dissolves in cold water in about 20 seconds, as opposed to monohydrate which pretty much doesn’t dissolve fully.

On a side note, does Will Brink come here still? I’m posting this due to a discussion over at bodybuilding.com about monohydrate that he was in.
There’s no bloating or cramping with CM. That’s mythology perpetuated by companies looking to sell other forms. I have addressed that in various places, here on M4C, and others. I did a series of vids that addresses the most common CM myths (cramping, bloating etc) here:

Never had any issues with CM. 1000g (200 x 5g doses) for under $30. Can’t see the point of the “new and improved” creatine formulas.
That pretty much sums it up…
I just stick with CM made by Creapure. OptimumNutrition sells it and its not expensive.
