SHOT SHOW! BOOTH 1910

RCA HAS DEVELOPED A REVOLUTIONARY TREATMENT ELIMINATING THE NEED FOR OIL OR GREASE ON TACTICAL COMPONENTS FOR THE LIFE OF THE WEAPON.

ONLY OUR HIGH PERFORMANCE PARTS GO THROUGH A RIGOROUS BLACKNITRIDEPLUS℠ PROCESS THAT INCLUDES:
Molecular Realignment Technology
RCA uses a proprietary thermal process
that aligns the steel’s crystalline structure
to increase strength, hardness and wear properties which extends the life of the tactical component.
Polymeric Adsorption:
We bind a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene to each part to reduce friction and improve wear.

BLACKNITRIDE℠ Processing:
Much more than typical Parkerizing, phosphating or black oxide, Blacknitriding℠ is a thermal chemical diffusion of nitrogen and carbon into the surface of the steel. Only Rubber City Armory high performance parts have increased wear-resistance, fatigue strength, corrosion resistance, lubricity and cosmetic appeal.

…they can go sell that crap to some fool who will believe it.

Which coating is better? This one, snake oil, or unicorn jizz? I cant decide.

Unicorn jizz is way better everyone knows that. It’s terrible in cold weather though.

Well I cannot talk about the other ones, but in my experience Unicorn Jizz is the most quality coating out there. Bar None.

Reminds me of the Ads for LeMas/RBCS ammo and they’re “blended metal technology”. Riiiiight…

do you really think Mcmillian will put garbage out, they make good stock, why not a decent BCG? that logo is ugly though.

Yak tears are where its at.

:)Well, I ordered Two today because they were available. We’ll see how they are.

Their logo says “A McMillen Company”, which is not the same as McMillan, the company involved in custom rifles and parts, or the name you provided, which I personally don’t recognize.

Because no fancy snake oil coating can make anything lube free.

$250.00!!! For that kind of scrilla it better be covered in unicorn jizz.

I heard that too…

Isn’t this true for any weapon?

Ie. My Colt blew up after only 500 rounds. But hey, it didn’t require any lube during that time.

Hahahahaha. Awesome.

Check again. They don’t seem to be connected in any way to McMillan USA, the makers of fine rifles and stocks.

Oops. Just noticed that info. was already presented.

MPI/HPT tested?

I have a failzero m16 bcg, it still needs to be lubed. I don’t believe in wondercoatings, however the failzero is very very easy to clean and it has been 100% reliable under heavy use.

I’ll stick with my Colt and BCM BCGs.

On the positive side, it’s a subsidiary of H&M Metal Processing. Sounds like a pretty legit metal producing company. http://www.blacknitride.com/aboutus.html

You know the rules, if it’s not BCM or Colt they can go fuck themselves.
