I just watched a video from Colion Noir. In addition to his work, I found at least two interesting changes to ATF requirements:
- Engraving requirements eliminated for creation of SBR.
- Ease of rules for interstate travel. This is the one I am most interested in. Does anyone here have any additional information regarding proposed changes to the current ATF requirement for a SBR to be carried out of state?
