Perfect timing as I’m going to get my first AK this weekend.

I like the V1 but I wonder if it would dig into your hand, looking for feedback on this before deciding on which one to get.

Thanks for working on these. I will definately get one. I made this last year for my AMD. Works great but very crude looking. I used knife steel and it was a pain to drill a hole through. David

The V-3 is excellent for right handed AMD shooters. For left handed AMD shooters, the V-1 is the only option due to the folder operation. It requires a round clearance cut for the folders release button. If you look closely on the install video on our website, you can see I have a modified V-1 there.

The same can be done with the V-2 for southpaws. However, you may have clearance issues with the folding operation depending on the clasp you have on your sling

If you are looking for a V1 or V3, Brownells carries them and may ship overseas. Other than that you may want to contact Echo Nine Three drect and ask for a list of their dealers who may be able to assist you.
