Help you with what? Try using a combination that includes a subject, a predicate, and structure that into a coherent question.
Try something like, “I recently found a serial number listing that included Colt M4 and AR15 serial numbers. The list included the serial number range for the MOE series of M4s. If you have seen that list, could you please provide a link?”
At least give us a hint at what you are asking.
