I just aquired a new M223, and need some help.
First of all, it is mounted in an ADM mount, so what are some good options for BUIS? I was looking at a couple, KAC’s 200-600, Matech 600, and Troy folding. What will fit under my scope, with flip-caps on?
Secondly, which model, and where can I find a Switchview for it? This is my first 1-4X optic, so I dont know Jack.
Any help would be appreciated,
Brandon
Any help available?
I would be pretty certain that the KAC 600m sights would work. They are all I use anymore and haven’t run into any clearance issues.
As far as the Switchview I’m not sure.
A Troy will fit under the ocular also. No one makes a zoom lever specifically for this scope yet. You might call one of the manufacturers to see if one is adaptable. There is one manufacturer who would have folks send their scope to him and he would machine one, and you would get yours for $35 instead of $70. I think he lived in Colorado, I’ll try and look him up if you want.
Thanks guys. How bout the Matech, would it fit maybe? Thanks TomMcC!! I would greatly appreciate it.
Have Charlie Drissel make a Cat Tail for you. Google him to contact him.
I have a 6920 with a rear folding Troy Battle Sight that accommodates my M223 (including flip caps) with room to spare.
When I mount the M223 on my PSA midlength upper with a Gen2 Magpul MBUS Rear Backup Sight it is 1-2mm closer. It functions as intended and I’m able to slip the caps off while mounted without difficulty.
Of note, I have the M223 mounted on a Larue SPR-1.5, not the Nikon mount that came in a package deal with the scope. The mount you chose will obviously affect compatibility.
Hope this helps
Is Charlie the one prototyping levers for half price?
Just saw the thread in the competitive shooting forum by Robb Jensen. It is Charlie.
O, I feel pretty safe that either choice would work under my scope. Im gonna try to figure out how to contact Charlie about the cattail. Thanks guys.

Im leaning toward the Matech. Does anyone know if itll work with my mount/optic setup?
Thanks,
Brandon
